An 8-lot development for Metro Homes located in the heart of the southern vales wine precinct commenced in the last quarter of 2020.
DRASOL managed delivery of the sub-division, from preliminary site earthworks through to final asphalt roadway.
Scope included:
- Survey set-out
- Site cut and fill
- Sanitary drainage
- Stormwater drainage, including underground retention/detention tanks
- Common service trench and install of electrical, communications and gas infrastructure
- Potable and reclaimed water supply
- Pavement prep and asphalt surface treatment
- Concrete kerbs, spoon drains and field pits
- As-con survey, engineering drawings and certification
